I had made a call for after-hour service they called me back within 20 minutes and had a technician on his way when the technician his name was Nathan or Nathaniel I can’t remember exactly unfortunately but he answered all of my questions in detail he knew exactly what to do and how to get my issue resolved in my shower. Within an hour and a half after making my call my shower was fixed and ready to use Definitely recommend I don’t know the plumbing rates but the price seems pretty fair considering it was after business hours call
